Aadil Jeena

Aadil has over 25 years of legal experience and is an Advocate of the High Court, licensed in South Africa and graduating from the University of Cape Town. He earned his LLB degree from the University of Western Cape, and his LLM degree from IIUM in Malaysia. He is an expert strategist in legal businesses and operations. He specializes also in Global Remote Team Management and Business Process Outsourcing. He has been responsible for the profitability and efficiencies of many corporations and companies all across the globe. He has the innate ability to take law firms to greater heights achieving more profits and improving the overall management. Most recently he successfully built remote teams for U.S. immigration law firms, pioneering innovative processes during the COVID-19 crisis and obtained rare success at the height of the pandemic. He implemented standard operating procedures and protocols to maximize efficiency of remote teams. He oversaw the team process over 300 cases and target 20, 30, to 40+ cases per month for law firm clients depending on their goals. His expertise as a legal strategist is in demand all over the world.
